Cathy Ho

Cathy is the Head of People at Avo, where she leads the people function across talent, culture, employee experience, and organizational development, helping build the foundation for Avo's continued growth.

She brings experience leading the People function at high-growth startups, most recently at Nanit and S'well, with experience across global people teams, talent, culture and organizational design. Cathy is passionate about Avo's mission to help improve patient care through technology and loves building a people-first culture where talented teams can do their best work and help propel the mission/vision forward.

Outside of work, Cathy is generally busy being an aspiring food connoisseur, planning her next trip, and having fun adventures around the world with her husband and three kids.
