Matt Hoffman is a healthcare IT executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling commercial organizations across the industry. Before joining Avo, Matt served as SVP of Growth at Iodine Software, where he helped drive a $1.25B acquisition by Waystar. He has held senior revenue leadership roles at Nuance Healthcare, contributing to its $17B acquisition by Microsoft, as well as Cerner and WellSky.

Throughout his career, Matt has guided health systems through major technology transitions, most recently leading the commercialization of AI-powered ambient clinical intelligence and revenue integrity solutions.
